-The Reformer Master Instructor comes with a sturdy structure and a convenient trolley for easy manoeuvring.

-It includes a mini tower with pulleys and a set of six high-precision springs, with three different levels of resistance that can be combined for various intensity levels.

-The set also includes two low resistance green springs, two medium intensity yellow springs, and two high intensity red springs.

-The padded box is extra wide and provides complete stability when placed between the shoulder pads and supports. It can be positioned parallel or perpendicular to the reformer.

-The padded shoulder straps are easy to insert and remove, adding comfort during use.

-The firm and wide jumpboard makes it easier to place feet securely.

-The padded foot platform, set of hand handles, and set of double loop hand and foot handles are all included.
